The design features a flared back with three gently curved rungs and a wide seat that is comfortable with or without a chair pad. The fun bowed legs lend both a touch of whimsy and steady, tip-free support, while the stretchers offer extra strength and a place to park one's feet. Crafted of solid wood with a lacquered Light Oak finish, the chairs blend well with many different woods and colors. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Excllent chairs : Winsome Wood Ladder Back Chair, Set of 2
I ordered a set of 4, they got here 1 day late due to snow storm which was understandable. They went together in about 15 minutes each, BTW they include the allen wrench but you will need a phillips screwdriver. Once together they are very solid and look good. Oh one review I read before buying said he had stepped on one of the lower braces and broke it and the chair was now unstable. take the one of the unbroken ones to any lowes and they will sell you a replacement that you can cut and drill to replace broken part. Or write the manufacturer and they will sell you one.
